Membership Terms & Conditions
Thank you for considering joining our Elite membership. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Membership Benefits: As an Elite member, you will receive exclusive benefits, including, but not limited to access to special events, discounts on products and services, networking and advertising opportunities, access to educational information, etc. These specific benefits are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Black Nurse Entrepreneurs, LLC.
Membership Term: The membership term is valid for either monthly or yearly contingent upon which level you choose. Membership fees are automatically drafted based upon your desired membership term. Membership fees are non-refundable. Membership can be canceled at any time.
Payment Guidelines: Members must ensure their payment method is valid and has sufficient funds to cover the membership fee. If a payment fails, members will be notified and must rectify the situation as soon as possible. If a payment is not received prior to the next billing cycle, the member’s membership will be canceled. Members wishing to cancel their membership must do so in writing prior to their next billing cycle. Members whose memberships have been canceled due to non-payment may be subject to a reinstatement fee if they wish to rejoin. Any disputes or concerns about payments must be raised in writing.
Renewal: Renewal of your membership occurs automatically unless you cancel, upgrade, downgrade or otherwise change your membership selection. Your request to change must be received in a written notice to our company.
Membership Transferability: Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with any other individual or business. In the case of partnerships, the membership is only applicable to the person who has registered and paid on behalf of the company.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in behavior that is harmful to our business or other members.
Privacy: We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purpose of providing you with membership benefits and communicating with you regarding your membership. We will make every effort to keep your information protected.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Disclaimer: We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the availability, quality, or performance of any products or services offered through your membership. We strive to provide our members with the best exclusive benefits, but we cannot guarantee that all benefits will always be available, nor can we guarantee the quality or performance of any third-party products or services. Additionally, membership benefits are subject to change at any time without notice, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any benefits at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes to our members in a timely manner.
Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your membership, including but not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
