The INEA is a premier invite-only accelerator program for nurses looking for the most comprehensive training and support to start and grow successful nursing businesses. With a focus on starting not only fulfilling but profitable businesses, we lay particular emphasis on establishing a firm foundation of life values, visioning and mindset work, prior to working on our businesses.

As well-trained coaches, we are aware our accelerator is not for everyone and as such, we do not accept every applicant. Our interview process ensures we establish a mutual fit prior to proceeding. We will let you know and offer you resources and referrals if we think we are not the right fit for you.
Former or current INEA graduates have launched (or are scaling) the following businesses: Independent Concierge Nursing businesses, Nurse Consulting, Chronic Care Management, Nurse (Health & Wellness) Coaching, Group Coaching programs, Online Course & Membership Programs, IV Injections & Hydration (without aesthetics), and so many more. We currently do not have a coach or offer training in aesthetics and will gladly refer you to the experts in this area.
We are action-biased, and as such, our program is designed to have you building your business while in the program.
Our online course is complete with workbooks and exercises to guide you in the implementation of what you are learning as you proceed. Our weekly accountability check-ins, accountability coach support meetings, 1:1 coaching and expert sessions, are all examples of systems that act as a forcing function for success.
It again bears repeating that we are not for everyone.
